Jcally is an acd (automatic call distributor) based off Asterisk 14 (Ari) , its uses call based algorithm to bridge incoming channels to operators ( endpoints) depending on priority and provides an angular dashboard to manage bridging of channels. Jcally uses the Asterisk Statis Application, asterisk rest interface and also the web socket inteface for interactions with the asterisk engine. Provides call logging , recording and wire tapping feature from an endpoint.
