docs/addon/walkthrough: Cleanup pass

- Remove bazel for direct dockerfile builds.
- Reference actual repo path and don't rely on unimplemented kubebuilder
  flag.
- Rely on kubebuilders RBAC generation and give the set of roles needed
  for the dashboard operator
- Tighten up some language
