Convert button does not work on Firefox

Bug Details

Description:
When going through the CVL tokens purchasing process on Firefox, the Convert button does not appear to function. I can enter an amount in USD and select 'Convert' but the converted amount in ETH does not display.

Expected result:
I click Convert and the amount I entered in USD is converted and shown in ETH

Actual Result:
I click Convert and nothing happens
