Discord PTB compatibility

Pretty great utility. A little quirky to get working especially if you want album art to appear, but it works!

With having to work from home these days I've been having to use discord in a more professional manner, so I usually have two instances running.

Discord PTB, which has my personal account logged in and then
Discord, which has my work account.

Groove now playing shows up perfectly on Discord, but it's like Discord PTB doesn't exist at all. I know I could just swap the accounts, but Discord PTB's more frequent updates make it less than ideal for work.

I was wondering if there was something to update or edit to make MDRP detect both Discords or PTB instead of the regular one.

Huh thats interesting. I have never heard of Discord PTB before. Do other rich presences show up? Im pretty sure i can make it happen just i have a lot going on right now so understand it might take a few days.

Yeah ptb is the discord test build. They sometimes preview new features to iron out the kinks before releasing them. Discord actually has three versions. There's also canary, which is a more active development build. https://discordia.me/en/ptb

The normal game and app DRPs work just fine of course. I believe most others work too. I'm a little new to the custom DRP thing and there's an issue with PTB right now. It updated overnight and it thinks it's the web version. so a lot of options and things aren't available including DRP of any kind.

I guess I chose the worst time to ask this question. lol The issue should be fixed in a little bit. There's new updates every few days.

Sorry for the delay, I am just now getting discord PTB to see if i can spot and maybe fix the issue. There's still a good chance that I wont be able to do anything but ill try.

I was doing testing involving my two accounts and it seems to be that even normal presences like minecraft dont show up on both. In my testing I found that you had to restart MRP a lot to get it to work. Other than that, the library I'm using doesn't have ANY support for the different versions so I'm kinda out of luck. Apologies for any inconvenience.
