Adding some missing translations and fixing others, countries like Gronelândia, Madagáscar were writen in português from Portugal, i'm changing them to português from Brazil.
Even me being brazilian I'll adding some sources to help the review and ensure these changes are correct:
Gronelândia -> Groenlândia (https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gronel%C3%A2ndia)
Macedónia do Norte -> "Macedônia do Norte" (https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maced%C3%B3nia_do_Norte)
Madagáscar -> Madagascar (https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Madag%C3%A1scar)
Man, Isle of -> Ilha de Man (https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ilha_de_Man)
Wake Island -> Ilha Wake (https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ilha_Wake)
Zimbabué -> Zimbábue (https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zimbabwe#cite_note-3)
Notice that even some links are from the original name, on the text you can see the different representations in pt-PT and pt-BR.
