არა არ მქონია, როგორც ჩანს $.signalR არის undefined, რაც იდეაში არ უნდა მოხდეს თუ სკრიპტი ჩატვირთულია

Play.cshtml-დან ეს ამოაგდე:

<script src="~/Scripts/Common/jquery-2.0.3.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

სავარაუდოდ ეგ იწვევს მაგ პრობლემას, Head-ში ინკლუდდება ისედაც jquery, ბანდლებშია გაწერილი
