Such changes are normally not to hard to do in RunnerUp, but the changes should come from one user with interested in the functionality.

Yep, I could submlt a PR, but IANAmobiledev, and it will take me some time to do some Java stuff.

Right now we're using the FOSS Android GPS logger as a source base, that does OpenGTS feeding
(cf mendhak/gpslogger#123).

Works pretty well, it's basically an HTTP request or UDP packet. Quite simple but I don't Java

Wondering if someone had the same idea, lots of our folks here are good at sporting, and that would be nice to have another bridge for runnerup to feed opengts. runnerup has many more metrics than opengts does not support (by design), and linking the two would be bringing the best of both worlds. My 2c

Any hints where to search in the code base are welcome, just in case
