Mainly going through and updating things in this repo. * Remove all the extra `<PackageReference/>` * Bump to Xamarin.Forms 4.1.0 * Rework `MainPage.xaml` so * Added a `ListViewOfDoom` test -- which works fine :/ * Enabled d8/r8

Seeing what is exactly wrong... I likely need to send a fix to xamarin-android-tools.
