According to http://www.ifpi.org/content/section_resources/isrc.html drutils is suggested for extracting ISRCs on mac.

This should also work on linux, but I couldn't find a package in Arch. I might create one and see if it works.

-http://tedlab.mit.edu/~dr/DRUtils/- is NOT the correct link. It is only drutil without s.

And it seems to be exclusively available on mac.

Parsing version information from drutil version and gathering ISRCs from
the output of drutil subchannel works already.
However, this was only tested in linux with datafiles generated on Mac
OS X.
python-musicbrainz2 runs fine on Mac, but I couldn't get a precompiled
libdiscid for discId support and have no mac with Xcode available.

Getting a libdiscid dynamic library is "not my concern", but there is
still an open question in what form libdiscid really expects the device name.
drutils wants a number corresponding to a numbered list (1,2,..)
