    v0.0.5

    v0.0.5 - resurrected.
There might actually be some value in having a stream-like
abstraction that simply blocks the buffer stream so that
each 'data' event is a single line.

So, I have removed the deprecation warnings.

This interface also adds proxies for methods on the encapsulated stream.

    Introduce lines-adapter, a node.js module for evented line-oriented IO.
A 'data' event is emitted for each line in the adapted input byte stream.
