Change travis to use trusty for PHP 5.4-5.6 and add services mysql, postgresql #25795

PHP 5.4 and 5.5 doesn't run on Ubuntu Xenial. Now we use Ubuntu trusty for PHP 5.4 and 5.3.

Also it seams mysql must be added as service.

There is a memcache problem current travis ubuntu build:
php: symbol lookup error: /home/travis/.phpenv/versions/5.6.40/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-zts-20131226/memcache.so: undefined symbol: mmc_queue_pop
