In the administration area do the following:
a) create several menus
b) enable multi language
c) assign at least one menu item to a specific language as homepage (other than the 'all' language).
Actual result
When you select menus that do not contain items assigned to a language as homepage, then everything is ok.
When you select a menu that contains an item assigned to a specific language as homepage, the active menus (highlighted) are the specific one and the menu with the homepage item assigned to all languages.
Expected result
There should not be two active menus (highlighted) at the same time. The second active menu which is the one that contains the homepage item for the 'All' language is wrong.
