From the workflow definition on to the configurability of the list view in the administrator

The workflow opens up many new possibilities for the collaboration framework and content management in larger editorial teams. Wonderful! - Now old wishes and desires get a new meaning: With the ability to hide individual columns in the List View in the Administrator, one wonders why we are limited to those columns that have been available since the very beginning of Joomla. Now one could offer to be able to show also the modification date and especially the publication date. And nice to have would be to be able to save this configuration user group specific, so that a sysadmin can set up the framework for content managers optimally and also "freeze".

Describe the solution you'd like

Possibility to show more columns, sort by them.
Possibility to make available the individual configurability of the of the column view by user groups.
Possibility to set a specific column view as for a user group.
