1. Automatic collection ordering #619

Added a new ordering property to a collection. The ordering is calculated during runtime based and takes into account the collection sort and order state. If the collection is recursable (by setting the recurse state to true) the new getEntityCopy()method gives access to the original re-ordered entity. In this case ordering will be top-down.

2. Add SiteNavigationElement to toc #613

Added support for https://www.schema.org/SiteNavigationElement to the TOC filter
