WIPP Build Status

Description

WIPP is a library for mathematical calculation signal processing-oriented. It is in fact a wrapper to unify several other mathematical libraries, such as IPP, FFTW, ...

IT defaults to some usefull not-that-efficient implementations when the efficient libraries are not available.
