It's missing the module name from the anchor. I.e. "decimal.Context.add" is trying to link to "Context.add" only.

pyde-doc-show: Rewrite to use an incremental read.

You can now incrementally read package names and objects in them. Too
bad ido doesn't provide a good generic completion interface, would
have loved to use that.

This fixes #5 and fixes #6.
