Hardware changes
- USB connector shifted up to allow for another row of 0603 devices.
- Prog pin pulled down to ground again.
- Red charging LED and resistor added again.
- 2M pulldown resistor to ground for VCC transistor added.
- Full SWD and USB breakouts added.
- XTAL footprint for 32768 Hz crystal (1610 package) added.
