Short batch file with minimal dependencies to automate multi-file upscaling.

Dependencies

• ffmpeg (optionally with the libsvtav1 encoder)
• ffprobe (usually part of an ffmpeg installation)
• mkvmerge (part of MKVToolNix)
• Upscaler of choice (this can really be any upscaler that works on a per image basis)
