Nuget package needs update. Gives backslash BadRequest error #21

Hi @josephwoodward Nice work. We are using your latest NuGet package but it gives backslash BadRequest error which you guys have already fixed here #13 but its not included in nuget package. Can you please include this fix there so we close this issue. Thanks!

Hi @codephrases, yes - publishing a new package is on my todo list which I'm hoping to get do either tonight or tomorrow. I'll update this issue once it's done.

We also have the newline/backslash issue dropping most of our logs. We would definitely appreciate a new release with those fixes.

@codephrases @atomaras This has now been released, I apologise for taking so long to get this deployed.

You can find the changes in the 2.2.0 release here on NuGet.

The assembly inside the latest package (https://www.nuget.org/packages/Serilog.Sinks.Loki/2.2.0) does not contain the line ending and back-to-forward slashes fixes by #13
