Selection of feed items doesn't match theme

As noted by insomniasexx, selecting feed items looks hideous when the default theme isn't currently being used.

Either match the selection color to the theme, or use a theme-agnostic method to highlight a selected post.

I believe I have a solution here using an offset of the hubski-style's background-color. I've tested it in Firefox and it works on all hubski-styles. Haven't been able to test it in Chrome yet, however.

Wow - this is fantastic! I've just tested it in Chrome & Opera and it works brilliantly, if you create a pull request I'll happily merge.
