CS 4500 never loads

When asked for prereqs for CS 4500, the app fails to ever load. Perhaps it's frightened by Software Dev's reputation?

To reproduce:

1. Visit http://prereq.me/courses/CS/4500/
2. Observe that the prerequisites never load.

Hi, I wrote the front end. This is a bug with the database where it claims a course has a prereq but has no information for that prereq. In this case it's ENGL 1102 (see dev console - I anticipated this). @joshcaron needs to manually fix the database, or extend this workaround (and then push to the site).
