Simply to work with this just install this on some server and use the follow structure to put the icons on the map:
ITEM;CORDX:CORDY
You can add multiple icons to the map by using the comma
For example:
abbadon;300:270,rune_bounty;210:220,rune_haste;400:370,alchemist;250:300
