configuring Eagle
-----------------

(B) setup environment in Eagle (library, schematic, layout)
  (1) in Eagle choose Options/Directories
  (2) add EAGLE diretory to Libraries (seperate paths with ':')
  (3) add EAGLE directory to Projects
  (4) in main Eagle window, under Projects, enable the fieldrec.lbr by clicking in the small grey circle (become green when enabled)
