Summary

Add support for the SPR32 map file format.

Per Spoike:

spr32 (version 32 sprites) are the same format except that all palette data is replaced with 32bit rgba data
FTE has an additional spritegroup type - SPR_ANGLED=2
(which causes it to pick a frame automatically based upon angle. the intervals info is ignored.)
