Personal placemarks cause client to crash #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Select "Add Placemark..." to create a personal placemark
2.Log on to a different Wonderland snapshot or server (I'm not sure which)
3.Use the placemark in the different world

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Ideally, the placemark should just take you to the specified coordinates in
the current world. Instead, you see a skybox and the client hangs.

Bit of reproducing done.

Restoring different worlds does not seem to hang the client. With different
servers the thing goes like this:

I log in to server 1 and then from there, I use the navigation bar to jump to a
different server(2). Once jumped into that server(2) I create a placemark.
Now I jump back to my initial server(1) and once there, the placemark created
works fine, allowing me to seamlessly 'travel' to the second server.

But if I shut my client down, start it up again and try to use the placemark,
then the client hangs.
If at this point, I jump first manually (and back), then the placemark works
fine again.

So, as a summary, it seems that if you create the connections 'manually' before
hand, you can use the placemarks even if they were done in different servers.
But without that first connection, the client hangs.

If I try to use a placemark to a server that is not available then client also
hangs.

We've decided (for now) to disable placemarks that point at other servers that
localhost by filtering the list that users will see.

Assigning it to myself (José) for now to work on the filtering. Will also add
a separator in the placemark menu to separate system/user placemarks.
