Added Contributions:
Adds the ability to disable to policy by setting the the threshold to 0.
Fixes issue where the long tail of the version history was not removed.
--Previously multiple firings of the the policy occurred per transaction. This no longer happens. Now the version history is walked to remove versions up to the threshold.
