Arduboy collection recompiled with FW 2.0.3 and new playdate-cpp support

someone made c++ work again with playdate SDK 2.0.1 and up (see https://github.com/nstbayless/playdate-cpp) which means, this arduboy collection from the port of eric lewis could work now on new rev B hardware playdates. I tested a few games on my own playdate but it's not a REV B hardware playdate so i'm not sure if these will work on REV B but at least you can give it a go.

Attached are the recompiled versions. The changes are in the add fw 2.XX support branch to make it work
