To help with issue #583 , this helps with creating new i18n features by providing a German version of the sample content.
Main documentation is currently not translated, as this requires additional effort in creating and maintaining this.
I tried to translate in a neutral and not-too-formal tone and I am obviously open for any feedback other people speaking German.
