As mention by @shykes on boot2docker/boot2docker#123
We need to run host features in privileged containers as much as possible

Do you have an example of pipework running in a privileged container ?
Can you add an example in the README.md ?

Once moby/moby#2902 is merged, there might be a way to do it.
But currently it is not possible (at least not in a reasonable way).

It is possible with docker 1.5.0 (or higher). Now that they have added the --pid=host flag. Indeed I have recently put pipework into a docker image. You can find it on dockerhub as: dreamcat4/pipework.
