Patch release v1.0.2

Fixed a bug in contact_sheet where the threads could hang if there was an error processing a single image.
Updated some of the build scripts to match current tools.

Added bleeds support to the contact_sheet
Added --version option to all of the scripts

Now all the scripts are working in Python3 and have been manually tested
Changes have been made to use resources better in the music script and to directly use soundfonts for generating voices
The slides and related scripts have been updated to work together again and to use temp directories to nicer if they fail and clean up
This is all still experimental and will probably see major churn, I wouldn't use it for anything important ...
