WWWBS v1.0 - The Personal Project Update

Hooray!

This release marks this project getting transferred to my personal project list, because the development team I was in have stopped updating this system. Moving forward, I will implement new technologies and industry best practices to make this software a very viable CRUD-based appointment booking system.

Upgrade Steps

  • It's the first release! Please check out the Installation guide on README.md for installation instructions.

Breaking Changes

  • The filesystem has been restructured so the root directory is in the actual repository's root directory, instead of it being on another /wwwbs/ folder

Improvements

  • Dependencies have been upgraded to fix several security vulnerabilities
  • The README.md file have been edited to indicate moving from a team project to only having me as the developer for this system
  • The project is completely open-source! PRs are encouraged and would be a nice learning tool for me on version control management.
