[docs] How to run storybook on simulator / device?

Hi thanks for this great resource, you mention "It's running on the web! It also runs on my iPhone", under the screenshot at the end of this tutorial.

But how do you do that? Either on Simulator or connected device?

For anyone else who finds this, I had to create an additional workspace for the native storybook where I installed @storybook/react-native at version 5.3. I also had to add a "nohoist": ["@storybook/core"] rule in that package so I could install storybook 5.3 along side storybook 6.x (for the web side of things). It also needs the expo-yarn-workspaces setup similar to the other packages.
