A typeface for cyberspace.

Barlow is a variation font family available in 54 predefined styles, named after internet pioneer, EFF co-founder, songwriter, and activist John Perry Barlow. Designed to reflect qualities of DIN, Interstate, Highway Gothic, and the Calfornia license plate, Barlow is a typeface for JBP's own information superhighway.

Barlow is a free font, released under the SIL Open Font License. If you'd like to make a donation, please consider directing it to the John Perry Barlow Wellness Trust.

Download the project and find the font in the otf directory. After downloading, a good way to play with it as a web font is on Pablo Impallari's font testing site.

Thank you Lukas Schneider of Revolver Type for donating the LS Cadencer spacing tool. Thank you Dave Crossland (@davelab6) and Thomas Phinney (@tphinney) of Crafting Type for the guidance and early feedback. Thank you Hugh D'Andrade for noticing all the little things. (Damn you, Hugh D'Andrade, for noticing all the little things).

And thank you, Barlow, most of all, for a legacy that will carry our future into a brighter place.
