lost navigation from alpha2 to alpha3

Using jquery 1.5 and "offline" link references (file:/// instead of http://),
if i switch from jquerymobile alpha2 to alpha3 version, when i click to any links of my application, there is a "error loading page" and the application become instable.
This doesn't happen with alpha2.
