$.mobile.changePage doesn't work with changeHash option set to false

When changeHash option is set to false, $.mobile.changePage doesn't hold on the target page.

Expected Outcome
Intended target page ("login") should load and stay until user action

Actual Outcome
Intended target page just flashes but never holds for user action

just tried the jsbin provided and it works as expected for me using Firefox.
