Windows Phone 8.1 Ajax Navigation Issue

Hi ,
I'm a nob WebMobile developer that works with MVC + JQM for my company ...
We already uploaded the product and its on the air ( m.issta.co.il) . it works great on android and IOS (chrome\safari) but I encountered on a wired issue since the update from wp8.0 to 8.1 ...
The Ajax navigation started to mass up when ajax navigating at the search engine menu...
Please browse to m.issta.co.il and check it out , I checked it with lumia 620 (win 8.0) and all works perfect but on win8.1 the ajax navigation massing up the url and pages become disabled or mixed up .
you have to see it (and fix it ) .
