Try to build Digitalscratch on Windows 7 64 bits.

use Qt Creator and MSVC 2010 compiler
get or compile lib dependencies with Visual Studio Express 2010 (or Windows SDK 7.1)
modify digitalscratch.pro and libsigitalscratch.pro (or create another one) for Windows build
install ASIO drivers on Windows (Asio4All)
install Jack on Windows
run and test
write a wiki section about build steps
