Summary:

Evaluate ejection handle height vs seat. (Add note to drawing for every inch of seat cushion thickness past design, add inch to handle.)

Seat is now at B1HWF RC, with ButtKicker mounted and existing decals applied at the part level vs assembly level. Closes #195. If better reference material is found, will evaluate ejection handle separately in #368.
