The input should add "ay" to words that begin with a vowel. Input Example: Elephant Example Output: Elephantay

For words that begin with one consonant, move the first letter to the end and add "ay": Input Example: computer Example Output: omputercay

For words that begin with more than one consonant, move all consonants to the end and add "ay": Input Example: play Example Output: ayplay

For words that begin with a "qu", move the "u" with the "qu" to the end and at "ay": Input Example: quit Example Output: itquay

For words that begin with a consonant AND "qu", move the consonant and the "qu" to the end and at "ay": Input Example: squeal Example Output: ealsquay

For words that begin with a "y", treat the "y" as a consonant and move it to the end: Input Example: yard Example Output: ardyay

Apply above functionality to sentences as well. Input Example: "The Cow Says Moo" Example Output: "ethay owcay ayssay oomay"
