Feature request: Add time zone dist splits to @js-joda/timezone

Would it be feasible to, in addition to the current year-range splits, add a split by individual time zones in @js-joda/timezone?

This would drastically reduce the imported data when only one or a few time zones need to be supported in an app while also covering all years for which there is time zone data.

The imports could look like this: import '@js-joda/timezone/dist/js-joda-timezone-Europe_Berlin'.
