La construction des données et de l'application pour consulter les résultats sont décrits dans le Data paper "Les déterminants naturels et politiques des AOC viticoles de Côte-d'Or" publié par Cybergeo en 2021 (https://doi.org/10.4000/cybergeo.36443). Les données sont accessibles sur le serveur data de l'Inrae qui contient également le matériel additionnel avec l'ensemble des codes.
