When using the select tool (hand icon in left tray), clicking (or double-clicking) on a polygon doesn't select that polygon.
Ideally, clicking on a polygon would cause that polygon to be selected.

Browser/OS: (Chrome Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Ubuntu 18.04).
