As discussed in #100 , the idea was approved to go with semantic-release for npm releases. There is a CLI tool (mentioned at https://github.com/semantic-release/semantic-release/blob/master/docs/usage/getting-started.md#getting-started ) for getting things configured. However, it appears that to set this up, one will need npm permissions.
