Health sensors are a form of aggregate sensor but combining the following device classes:

gas
smoke
moisture (for leaks, if you use for other means, don't forget to exclude them)
problem
safety

This feature is useful for tracking issues within a given area. (Exterior/Interior/Global meta-areas also support it)
