the "v" button should actually be where the "camera" icon is. Because it turns on the video. http://cl.ly/image/3v1Q3a410n0D

The video stuff is just a placeholder while the functionality is being worked out – once I actually get it to work I was planning on integrating it with the video/avatar that's on the main chat screen.
