Cannot log in on young account

Hi, I'm not an expert in this sort of thing but I can report that I'm having problems signing up/logging in on an account created today. May have something to do with the fact I selected "block all users with accounts younger than seven days" at signup.

I've tried revoking permissions on Twitter and deleting cookies from my browser and starting again but nothing works. What happens is, I go to log in, am told I'll be redirected back to the application, and then I get booted back to the login page without ever actually logging in.

I'm not sure what's going on but I'd like to make use of blocktogether so if anyone could look into it I'd be more than grateful.
