Not blocking all on list being followed

my personal blocklist is not blocking all of the accounts put onto a list that I am following on "Block Together". These are not accounts I am following.

I am following a block list I curate. It has over 85k twitter accounts blocked. My personal account is only blocking around 71k though - and it should be blocking more, not less, as it has personal blocks on it.

I have noticed from time to time that accounts that are being blocked on the 85k blocklist are not automatically linking across to my personal account. These are not accounts I am following.

It is extremely unlikely that I would be following 14k of the accounts that are blocked by the "blocking " account, I only follow 18k - and all but 3k of those are follow-backs.

Is there a way to refresh this - without leaving and rejoining the list?
