added support for partitioned key as per new Chrome regulations #151

As per new Chrome regulations for third party cookie, which would be blocked, partitioned must be sent to ensure a separate cookie jar in maintained.

Any news? Chrome will start blocking third-party cookies en Q1 2024

Sorry about that. It seems fine, but there are no docs for this change. We'll of course want to add docs so people even know this exists. Let me know if you need any pointers adding it to this pull request; previous attribute adds also have examples.

@punithk would you be able to fix this PR? I have opened a PR against your fork with updated documentation, if that helps speed things up. This issue will become more pressing starting next year.
