Our Code of Conduct is "Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct" 2.1 and the IETF BCP 54 "IETF Guidelines for Conduct" (RFC7154). As per https://github.com/json-schema-org/.github/blob/main/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md

Given the OpenJS Foundation says this (using a newer version of the base CoC before the OpenJS Foundation does) should not be a blocker to onboarding, and closed the Issue, I feel like we should also close this issue as resolved.
