One addition to the awards section that might be nice would be another field called something like "description". Any internal awards given within an organization would be essentially meaningless to anyone outside of that organization. This could provide a little more context or rationale for why the award was given.

i.e.
Award name: The Super Team Player Award
Description: Given out once a month to someone in our company of 500, I received it for providing the most ice cream to my coworkers (8 metric tons).

Exactly what I was thinking.

Because we use the summary field in other places, would it make sense to use it here instead of description?

@thomasdavis that works and would keep it consistent.

I like it, "summary" is a better term.
